This ex-punk band now plays their own brand of music that takes into consideration Slayer just as much as it does Radiohead and King Crimson. The result: music more complex than has come to be expected from high school students. No longer fans of the elusive power chord, Handicap Parking has broadened its horizons. 6-song, 27-minute CD recorded in December, '02 out now for $5.
