Event Description

Anti Flag have continually been involved in the communities they play in beyond just playing shows. Teaming up with Atticus, the band has created an exclusive unreleased “3 song Charity Donation EP” available on a download card that will be given out at shows on the upcoming Canadian tour in return for donated clothing. In addition, the download card will also give folks $5 off the purchase of the band’s new album The Bright Lights of America at hmv locations across Canada. Atticus will also be donating their clothing in each market help support the initiative.

For anybody planning on attending a show, please bring a clean clothing donation (in Montreal, please bring a non-perishable food item) to the venue in your city and drop them off at the band’s merch-table.

Politico-punk icons Anti-Flag recently released their new album, The Bright Lights of America through Sony BMG/Red Ink Music. The Bright Lights of America is their seventh album and the follow-up to their 2006 release For Blood And Empire. Atticus’ AW08 range is set to drop in September and see’s Atticus embracing the stylings of the classic English punk rock scene, whilst simultaneously taking the brand into a classier more stylish realm.

On this tour, Anti-Flag will be supporting national organizations including Covenant House, Operation Go Home, McDonald Youth Shelter, United Way, as well as various other local youth and homeless organizations.
