Malea Acker, a local poet and gardener, inflamed the ire of many of her neighbours when she turned her backyard into an authentic Garry Oak ecosystem. Join us for a perfect celebration of spring: poems to celebrate Poetry Month and readings from "Gardens Aflame" just when these meadows are glad with Camas blooms.
