The musically fearless and wildly entertaining Alligator Records recording artist Rick Estrin & The Nightcats are among the most entertaining and colourful showmen around. Their new album, The Hits Keep Coming, packs a powerful punch, with phenomenal musicianship and lyrics fronted by an Alligator Records blues vocalist/harmonica master/songwriting legend. Rick Estrin & The Nightcats have performed at concert stages around the world, and won the Blues Music Award for “Band Of The Year” twice, among many others. These serious musicians deliver a hot, groove-heavy, and hard-hitting good time. Bust out your best moves when Estrin and his musical cohorts get cooking at this year’s BC Smoke Shop Harbour Blues ‘n Roots Festival!

Opening for this evening will be JUNO-winning singer-songwriter Steve Marriner & Local Electric.
